Full Scale Recovery (FS) locates eligible class members of Class Action Settlements. We alert them to the possibility of a financial recovery, educate them with details about the settlement and the process involved to obtain their refund.  

FS will then, without any risk or upfront cost, prepare, file and monitor your claim with minimal interaction from your staff allowing them to focus their time, effort and internal resources on their regular day to day responsibilities.

When you outsource with FS, we will do what is necessary to assure that all of your eligible business units under your umbrella of companies are included in the claims process, maximizing your refund.

To reduce the support needed from your in-house staff, we will provide advice on what, if any, documents need to be collected and maintained.  When these documents are requested, we will relay to you the best way to compile and submit this information to us minimizing the effort by your staff.  In the event these documents are not available we will use our years of experience attempting to satisfy documentation requirements. We will then prepare, submit, monitor and maintain your claim minimizing deficiencies and maximizing your refund.  You will be updated on the recovery process and, upon payment dispersal, you will be provided with a full accounting of your recovery.
